Hello and Welcome to Chapters Community Arts!

Welcome to Chapters Community Arts, a non-profit company interest company committed to building community in the village of Sturry and surrounding areas in Kent, providing support and encouragement for all sorts of creative activity.
We do this primarily via our coffee and book shop, which has become a vital community hub in the heart of the village and the surrounding area.
We cooperate with others to create a welcoming space, promoting, recommending and providing literature for all ages, practically supporting creative writing and supporting and promoting local authors, artists and musicians.
Alongside the community coffee shop, staffed by local residents, Chapters Community Arts is run entirely by volunteers supported by a part-time manager. The voluntary board who manage the company are all local residents, committed to building a sense of community where they live.
